Read What Jesus Christ Told a Texas Doctor Who Came Back From Heaven To Tell The World

55-year-old Doctor Gerry Landry, a physician at the University of Texas Health Center was well acquainted with the symptoms of a heart attack but on this fateful day, the Medical Doctor wasn’t examining someone else – he was grappling with troubling signs of his own. At home, he felt overwhelming fatigue and crushing pain in his chest for more than an hour. “Denise! This is serious! Please pray!” he called out to his wife. His wife began to pray after she called an ambulance. She also called Christian friends to pray. “We committed the situation to Almighty God and asked Him to heal me,” he says. In spite of the excruciating pain, a wave of peace washed over the doctor and his wife after they prayed, a peace that defies understanding. (Phil. 4:7) “All I remember during the ride to the hospital was calling out the name of Jesus, over and over again,” the doctor recalled. A few years earlier, praying for God’s help would have been last on his todo list. He was a no

Words Nigerians Use That Doesn’t Exist In The Dictionary

1. Rallyround: Mmmm! What does it mean? 2. Installmentally This doesn’t exist anywhere else except only in Nigeria. If you doubt this, 3. Night-Vigil Does anyone ever hold a vigil during the day? 4. Cunny This is not meant as a euphemism for the female body part. When Nigerians say this word, they mean “cunning”. How is that for a giant leap forward? 5. Disvirgin How hard is it to say deflowered? It must be extremely difficult because even health professionals and newsmen use this absurd word that doesn’t exist. 6. Wake Keeping (Wake keep) Nigerians have not only made the old European custom of watching over a corpse till it’s buried (called a wake) theirs, they have actually renamed it. Please, there is no such phrase as “wake keep” or even “wake keeping”. Naija!

Despite the statistics, both countries are still at the risk of

Why I am Convinced God Does Not Speak to Pastor Adeboye - Dr. Ijabla Raymond

Last week was quite interesting on Nigeria's social media space. It started with a video of Pastor Adeboye telling his followers not to marry a woman that can neither cook nor pray for one straight hour. The question that has been on my mind is: does that mean God is deaf? What parent makes their child beg (for one hour) for something they know the child needs? The truth is that prayers, besides making the believer to feel good about themselves, are an absolute waste of time. They do not grow the economy or an amputated limb. Youth unemployment is at an all time high despite our regular night vigils, prayers and supplications - it is evident that a God who is interested in human welfare does not exist. If He did, malaria and cancers will not kill millions of children whilst He preoccupies Himself with consensual sex between homosexual couples. In our country, pastors are marriage counsellors, psychotherapists, psychiatrists and financial advisers all at once e

DJ Khaled “Major Key,” the DJ’s ninth studio album, debuted at number one on the US Billboard album chart for the week through Thursday with sales of 95,000 copies or the equivalent in downloads and streaming, tracking service Nielsen Music said. DJ Khaled, 40, has long worked with all- star rappers but his own brand quickly grew last year as he put out humorous videos on Snapchat, the social media platform known for temporary postings. His Snapchat musings, which became the loose theme to his album, revolved around his “keys to success” in life, with his nuggets of wisdom ranging from eating breakfast to lathering his body with cocoa butter. DJ Khaled appropriately celebrated his number-one album with a slew of social media postings late Sunday and Monday. In one video on Instagram, the portly DJ is seen walking topless aroun

5 signs you've met a person from previous life

1. You feel an instant, positive connection You meet a person and immediately you have this good feeling about him or her. You feel so relaxed near that person and can spend hours just talking about anything. You understand this person just like he/she understands you better than anybody else! Don’t overthink about a connection like this! Just enjoy! 2. You have an instant, negative reaction It’s the opposite, as soon as you meet a person you feel an immediate dislike. If there is no obvious reason of why that person calls such negative emotions in you now, then, must be something happened to you two in your previous lifes! 3. Someone you barely know helps you for no apparent reason and vice versa If you feel like you need to help someone you barely know, someone helps you. This could be anyone, from your co-worker to the seller at a shop you usually buy groceries at. But it is a sure sign that you’ve helped this person before, in previous life. 4. You have a
